How long does a project take?
Designs are delivered in 3 business days, videos in 4 business days and trend reports in 7 business days. We confirm the exact date in your quote.
What files do I get?
Print-ready design files (PNG, and source files on request) and videos in MP4, sized for your platforms.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer. Payment details are included in your quote.
Do I own the final designs?
You may use the final designs only for the purposes agreed in your service agreement. Any other use needs our written approval.
What if I need more than two revisions?
Two revision rounds are included. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.
